I would like to take back my previous feedback. The feedback was given before our sale was completed, as they requested it prior to the amount transfer. However, I later realized that I did not receive a reasonable price for my gold. After checking with other buyers, I found that the price I got was among the lowest — I lost nearly ₹60,000.
There was also a lack of transparency. When I asked for a detailed bill showing service charges, wastage charges, and gold quantity breakdown, I had to follow up multiple times, and even then, the final bill did not clearly show these details.
This experience has made me lose trust in White Gold. It’s better to compare prices with multiple buyers before selling gold to ensure you get the best value. I am very disappointed with this transaction.
