Their service is good, instant money transfer. What personally I didn't like is the day before visiting here, I had contacted whitegold agent for documents required for selling the gold. It was clearly mentioned adhaar. But during the visit I had no bill for my gold I was asked electricity bill which I had no in hand and also one of my family member for authetication( which I was not informed/communicated during the call).It really affected my privacy. If this was the procedure then I would had backed myself. And also supposed to give the google review at the spot which I did not like it. However the money I received was fair and staff were really helpful.
