They deal professionally but I observed that their purity checking machine somehow is showing the purity little lesser than other shops like Tanishq, malabar etc, so they mention as mixed purity in the bill and hence their buying price goes little down, otherwise rest all fine from the process perspective, I don't know why they look for my salary credit from my org it is very strange process. They deal professionally, except checking my salary credit which is unnecessary and creating nda compliance issue for customers, you will get lesser amount..
