While the ideal process of selling gold defined is easy and clear , unfortunately the day we visited their weighing machinery was malfunctioning. So the gold of approx 12-15 grams was showing 66 grams which they billed and broke my gold into small pieces before . Then they corrected the bill after restarting the machine.
The whole process took 1.5 hours due to this confusion and they broke the gold before confirming the final bill. The machinery needs to have a backup or better precision.
Apart from this confusion, the staff was extremely sweet and professional. No complaints with them.
